More than a calendar: access, roles, audit
Beneath the calm surface, operations are set up cleanly. Access is role-based — the owner sees everything, assistants handle scheduling and contact details, billing sees demographics only — and protected with two-factor sign-in (2FA). An audit log keeps login events, role changes and support access traceable.

In Switzerland, encrypted, no trackers
Patient-related data is especially sensitive. That is why you can work with real names and real documents: everything is encrypted in transit and at rest, backups included. Sensitive fields and documents are protected by application-level managed encryption — deliberately recoverable: records the practice must legally retain stay available even after a device, password or personal-key loss. Your practice remains the owner of its records (the controller); FitzleKey processes them as a processor under contract (DPA). revFADP and GDPR apply by default, not as an upsell; no third-party trackers run alongside.

Does it bill via TARDOC or PsyTarif?
FitzleKey Praxis is modular and focuses on the practice day today: calendar, waitlists, patient records, therapy orders and reminders.
Where is the data, and is it FADP-compliant?
Practice data is hosted 100% in Switzerland, encrypted. FitzleKey Praxis is designed for revFADP and GDPR by default. A data processing agreement (DPA) is part of onboarding, since we act as a processor of patient data. Records are retained for as long as the rules applicable to your profession and canton require; access for individual people can be revoked immediately at any time, without legally retained records being lost.
