Waitlist
When you join the waitlist, you voluntarily send us an ordinary email — the website only uses mailto links for this; there is no form, no form processor, and no automated waitlist service. Your email arrives in FitzleKey’s monitored business mailbox at a contracted business email provider. We store: your email address, your language, and — if you state it — what you are interested in (e.g. FitzleKey Drive or FitzleKey Praxis). Purpose: one notification when the right piece is ready — no spam, no sharing, no newsletter without your consent. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR / revFADP). Unsubscribe any time: a short email is enough; we delete your entry.
Server log files
Visiting the website technically generates log files (IP address, timestamp, requested page). FitzleKey-controlled access and security logs serve operational security and are deleted after 90 days. In addition, our Swiss hosting provider may keep its own infrastructure logs to operate its systems, under the data processing agreement. Legal basis: legitimate interest in secure operation.
Where the data lives
Your content and data in our products, along with this website and our servers, are located in Switzerland. Our business email correspondence — which also carries contact and waitlist messages — runs with a contracted provider that holds data in Europe, safeguarded by adequacy decisions and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection, withdrawal of consent — any time via email to privacy@fitzlekey.com. You may lodge a complaint with the FDPIC (Switzerland) or the competent EU supervisory authority.
